I have always coached others to succeed. I began as a Director and Regional Trainer for Jenny Craig.

I was laid off several times throughout my early career. I always took the opportunity to make a career change! In 2015, I founded Career UpRising to put my experience to work for you! 

Lorraine holds a M.S. in Human Resources Management and certifications in Human Resources (SHRM-CP), Resume Writing (CPRW) and Career Coaching (CPCC).

I have served over 300 clients in over 30 industries. Many of my clients come from some of the most recognizable firms in the country including Microsoft, Amazon, Fannie Mae, Coca-Cola, IBM and more.
